Group classes are offered both in-person and virtually via live Zoom, taught in a hybrid format

Class series lasts 5 consecutive weeks
*Recommended attendance between 20 - 36 weeks
$375/couple (Cost includes HypnoBirthing® book, workbook, relaxation/affirmation tracks)
*Your space in the class will be secured once both your registration and payment are received
The class refund policy allows for full refund if cancellation is made at least two weeks before the course start date. There is no refund once the first class has begun; exceptions may be made for extreme medical situations or course cancellations by the instructor.

Private HypnoBirthing® Fear Release Session

Offered to the mother or couple to help work through fears, doubts, anxiety, emotional issues, past trauma to promote a positive birth experience
